Baron Hilton, brother of famous star, Paris Hilton, is getting ready to sue Lindsay Lohan for planning the his beatdown which took place Friday morning.

In a statement given by Baron to the cops, it states that Ray LeMoine came hard at him and made a mess of his face on Lindsay's request. The 24-year Hilton is not backing down and has decided to sue both Lindsay and Ray for bleeding his face out.

Sources report that sister, Paris, met up with lawyers on Saturday afternoon to speed up the paper work in taking Lindsay down. Paris also threatened Lohan publicly on Instagram showing that she is not gonna take this lightly.

Paul Walker, the Fast and Furious star, recently died in a car crash and now there are reports that some loser is trying to make some cash by selling burnt bark of a tree, which he claims Paul smashed into.

Each piece was priced at $100 on eBay and there were 6 such pieces the creep wanted to sell. According to later reports, it has been come to our attention that the seller has withdrawn his listing on eBay(maybe a change of heart or maybe he got a lot of heat from some authorities).

According to the statement given to TMZ, the seller said "I would like to apologize to the family, friends, and fans of Paul Walker.  At the time I listed the bark for sale, I did not realize the emotional impact it would have."

Kristen Stewart was seen at the Troubadour along with other pals on Tuesday(March 5) in West Hollywood, California.
